The opportunity

Kickstart Your Career as an ERP Functional Consultant


This is an ideal role for high-achieving new graduates or co-op students who want to work at the intersection of business strategy and software implementation. As an Entry-Level Consultant, you won’t just be sitting behind a desk; you will be on the front lines, learning how to analyze business operations and configure sophisticated Odoo solutions. Under the mentorship of our senior team, you will develop a rare and highly valuable skill set, transitioning from a learner to a pivotal client advisor.


Key Responsibilities

What You'll Lead and Do

Requirement Gathering & Analysis
  • Shadow senior consultants in discovery sessions to learn how to gather and document complex business requirements.
  • Analyze client workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for our technical teams.
System Configuration & Implementation
  • Gain hands-on experience configuring core Odoo modules, including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Accounting.
  • Assist in the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from initial setup to final deployment.
  • Support data migration efforts, ensuring client information is accurately moved into the new system.
Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Execute functional testing to ensure that configured solutions meet the client’s specific business needs.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and work closely with developers to resolve functional bugs.
Client Enablement & Training
  • Prepare and conduct engaging system demonstrations for prospective and current clients.
  • Assist in developing user manuals and delivering training sessions to help end-users adopt the new technology with confidence.

Minimum Requirements


Educations

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Business (BCom, MBA), Business Technology Management (BTM), Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • A demonstrated interest in business processes, operations, or enterprise technology.
  • Strong academic track record with a focus on problem-solving or analytical coursework.

Skills

  • Communication & Presentation
    Ability to explain concepts clearly and comfortably interact with clients.

  • Structured Thinking
    A detail-oriented approach to organizing information and solving puzzles.

  • Technical Aptitude
    Quick to learn new software interfaces and an interest in how "the engine" of a business works.

    A "get-it-done" spirit with the motivation to take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience


  • Co-op or internship experience in Business Analysis, IT systems, or Finance.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis tools.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
