The opportunity

As a Customer Success Representative

You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring overall satisfaction, and driving growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. While the primary focus is account management, the role may involve assisting clients with simple issues and coordinating with internal teams to maintain project health.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Monitor project health and client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues when necessary.
  • Track and report on key client metrics, including retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Qualifications & Skills

What You'll Bring


Experience


  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a SaaS, ERP, or tech-related environment.
  • Strong business and sales acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; personable and client-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-starter mindset.
  • Familiarity with Odoo or ERP systems is an asset.
